Now you have full control over the image, the headline, and the description that will show up when you share a Kartra page on Facebook!

Open Graph (OG) meta-tags are what allow you to specify the attributes of a Facebook post, and our Page Builder now offers the ability to specify the OG meta-tags you want to use. I don’t see any way for people in your membership sites to interact with the site or each other, or to comment on things. Does Kartra have ANY means for people to interact and express opinions – and see what each other have said about the Contest they are viewing?

      Hi Bob!

You can certainly turn on comments on each of your Membership area pages that you’re interested in gathering feedback on, and your members can see and respond to each others posts as well.

That being said, Facebook community groups are incredibly powerful and many of our members use a combination of mediums to connect and communicate with their membership as well.

Please feel free to reach out to us via support@kartra.com or at http://help.genesisdigital.co if you’ve got any further questions! The majority of our help desk team is there and happy to help!

      Take care 🙂

Jill, are you saying that folks in my member community CAN interact with each other?

          Hi Sherry!
Your members can leave comments, and reply to each other’s comments in your Membership area.
If you take a look at almost any page in Kartra Academy, for example, you’ll see it in action:
          https://login.kartraacademy.com/academy
And of course, watch for updates to the Membership area, as our Feature Request board shows some things are in the works right now!
          Take care!

    Hi ,,,

I tried all the required step to create a “link preview” for my Kartra pages on Social Media but it did not work…

I made sure that I have uploaded an image on the field “PAGE OG:IMAGE” but still nothing worked!

Is there any specific requirement for the image!!!

    looking forward to your help

Hi Ibrahim, if you’ve published your page and the OG image still isn’t showing up on Facebook, you may need to run the link through the Facebook debugger. You can access it here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
