Kartra contains an incredibly dynamic list and email system for your leads, subscribers and customers. My Campaigns is the area of Kartra where you manage all your business’s’ email communications, autoresponder sequences, your lead and customer tagging, as well as creating lists.
In this training, we will cover:
- The three tabs within the Campaigns feature.
- The option to integrate Kartra with other apps.
There are three tabs at the top – let’s begin with the first one: Leads. A lead is the label applied to a unique email record for your individual customers, and potential customers. Leads can be sorted in several ways, using Tags, Categories, Lists and more.
Your first step here will be to create a list for any leads or subscribers you may gain. Next, you can upload csv file of leads to import to your list, and you can tag your Leads appropriately.
The second tab is your Campaigns area. Here you can broadcast emails to your lists and create sequences (of forms, tagging, emails, shopping cart pages, plenty of automation, and more). If you are including automations in your sequence, you’ll first build them here and they can be used wherever you need them!
For all these things (lists, broadcasts, and sequences) you can watch the numbers grow in the analytics tab. This is incredibly important feature for any autoresponder platform since it allows you to watch what campaigns are working and in what ways. And with Kartra’s all-inclusive tracking and monitoring systems, you can be sure that you’ll have the data you need here!
Finally, it is important to note the Integrations tab. This tab is where you add your email and SMS gateways to send messages. Though you don’t need one to send email; you can use Kartra’s own email gateway!
Kartra doesn’t stop on our site because you can integrate Kartra into other platforms using our API Key and Password. For example, you could integrate Kartra into WebinarJam so that anyone who registers for your webinar will be added to one of your lists, and tagged based on their behavior.
As you can see, Kartra gives you powerful tools to follow-up with, organize, and reach out to your leads. And it is all directly integrated with your products, memberships, helpdesk and the rest of Kartra’s features.
