Kartra Training 9: Automations

One of Kartra’s most powerful tools is Automation. Using this, you can create custom but immediate responses to customer needs, multiple stage follow-up communications, funnels and campaigns that give your leads personalized attention without copious effort on your part.

In this training, we will cover:

  • The definition of an Automation.
  • How to use Automations.
  • The benefits of Automations.

An Automation lets you create a customized response based on an action, situation, or condition. These are called IF, THEN statements. If your lead performs an action, then the system will respond in some way. For example, if your lead clicks an email link, then Kartra will tag them as “VIP” AND put them into a new follow-up sequence. You can use this for awesome, tailor-made communication.

If a customer makes an important action, you can immediately acknowledge that in an email and give them the next step to take. If they haven’t yet taken an action, you can intelligently and accurately remind them that the next step is waiting.

You can also continue the conversation by making sure your customers are kept in the loop of the latest developments using an automated customer retention sequence. Or perhaps you are working up to a webinar, so you can use a sequence to build up high levels of anticipation to the perfect moment.

Through these Automations, you can send your new leads through a sequence that initiates them into your company culture before pitching the product. And if you have a new product coming soon, you could even send your affiliate traffic through an automated product launch, building the excitement needed to sell your brand.

With all of that built, it’s important to keep track of your subscriber behavior. If you have highly responsive subscribers, you can segment them into a separate communication channel by assigning a score or value every time they perform an action you desire.

This means the more they interact with you, the more you can interact with them. And, best of all, it is all self-regulated through Kartra Automations!

    This is not a training, this is saying what it can do. But it doesn’t say how to use it all. And what the difference is between wait, Go to with a delay etc. And when to use waht.
