New: Segment your leads by Level of Engagement!

Thanks to Kartra’s “Level of Engagement” superpower, you can now pinpoint customers by very specific measures of how engaged they are with your marketing and content — and then custom-tailor your offers and messaging according to their level of interest. Here are just a few examples of how you can leverage this amazingly powerful audience insight to focus your marketing efforts with surgical precision.
Reward loyal customers by sending an exclusive coupon to customers who’ve purchased over a certain number of products from you. Or, you can identify leads who have not purchased from you yet and encourage them with a special deal of their own.
You can also see which customers are not engaged and can be removed from your lists. Simply search for leads in a list who haven’t opened an email to that list in, say, the last 60 or 90 days, and remove them from that list. The remaining leads are the ones that truly want to receive your messages.
You can also see which customers have contacted your helpdesk recently. These are the customers who need an extra helping hand. Now that you know who they are, you can reach out to ensure their satisfaction, and ultimately reduce your customer churn and refund requests. That’s a big deal!
Or let’s say you’re running a membership site. It sure would be helpful to know which of your members are actively consuming your content, and which haven’t logged in for a while. - Purchased more or less than a certain number of products
- Within the past X days:
- Has or has not opened any email
- Has or has not joined a list
- Has or has not subscribed to a sequence
- Has or has not logged in any membership
- Has or has not visited any page
- Has or has not played any video
- Has or has not contacted a helpdesk
- Has or has not filled in any form
- Has or has not clicked on a tracking link

Kartra now gives you yet another key insight into viewership of your videos with the Watched Video Engagement metric. This measurement shows you the amount of total viewers who watched various parts of the video. If you see a sudden drop-off in viewers at a certain point in the video, that may suggest making an adjustment at that point to keep viewers glued to your content. Use this metric in conjunction with the Video Dropout metric to see which parts of your video may need some tuning up.
You’ll see this metric along with all the other Kartra video analytics you rely on:
- Number of visitors to your videos
- Number of plays and completes for each video
- Calls to action fulfilled
- Dropout rates at various time intervals
- Average watched time
