The right small changes can make a really big difference.
And that’s precisely what our development team did this week. We’ve added three small additions to Kartra that will bump up your sales, and make moderating your memberships and helpdesk easier.
Update #1: Easy Comment Moderation
Constantly checking for any new commentary that comes your way can be tedious…but the latest Kartra update has made it easier than ever to moderate.
We’ve added an indicator to let you know if there are any comments awaiting approval in your membership dashboard.
If you have any comments that have yet to be approved, you’ll see a bright red box with the number of pending comments waiting next to “My Memberships.” Once you click into your memberships, you will see which membership site has the comment(s) waiting for your approval.
To see the exact comment, click the three blue dots next to the red box and hit “comment moderation.” If there are no new comments, this will be greyed out and un-clickable.
From there, any new comments will pop up. You can simply approve by clicking a green checkmark, disapprove by clicking a red X, or edit the comment by clicking the pencil icon. How easy is that?
Update #2: Postpone a ticket
Have you ever received a non-urgent support ticket that you wish you could “snooze” and be reminded about later?
Well, this Kartra update makes it easy to do just that. Kartra now has the option to postpone a ticket to a later date.
To postpone a ticket, simply click the “Postpone” button that sits next to the “Transfer agent” and “New Reply” buttons.
A prompt to pick a date and time will appear. When you click on “Pick Date,” a calendar will pop up where you can choose the date you want to postpone the ticket until. This can be as soon as tomorrow or as far in the future as months (or even years) from now. You can also select the exact time of day the ticket will be postponed until. This is especially helpful if you just want to postpone a ticket to a few hours later in the day.
Once you’ve clicked postpone, the ticket will note the set date and time. From there, you can add a private note, and then respond to the ticket once its postponed date has come around!
Update #3: Bouncing Arrow Order Bumps
Adding a bump to one of your products?
Now Kartra gives that bump extra emphasis with a bouncing arrow. Here’s how it looks with one of the several included bump style templates:
This may be just the thing to tip a person to add the bump to the order. Every little bit can help with conversions.
These three updates will help you make monitoring your helpdesk and comments much easier, and will drive additional conversions on your orders.
